Dave Grohl Suing Scissor Sisters For Scaring Image

After attending a recent gig by indie disco-pop act The Scissor Sisters, Dave Grohl decided to sue the band for $75 million for mental anguish. Included in the suit is the band, the band’s record label, the promoter, Ticketmaster, and the band’s wardrobe department for creating what he says was a horribly upsetting image. In a video (below), Grohl notes that he was watching the show when suddenly lead singer Jack Shears stripped down to his underwear, and Grohl got a glimpse of the singer’s testicle. In the video, Grohl says “Every time I go to bed, every time I blink my eyes, I still see Jake's nuts. Is $75 million going to erase that from my life? Probably not.” Grohl notes that the image has been scarred into his brain, causing “anxiety, chills, panic and bouts of explosive diarrhea.” The band’s fans are quite upset apparently, noting that the lawsuit could derail the entire upcoming tour. While he notes he’s a big fan of the band, he says “I just don’t want Jake’s balls in my face.” Hilarious. After taking a look at the video, and how obviously fake the whole story is, it just goes to show that Dave Grohl is consistently one of the funniest rockstars out there that will basically work with or promote any band he likes. Do you like dancing? Sure you do. Check out the Scissor Sisters upcoming dates if you want more.
